Last week we learned about a Black owned business that was thriving in the 1930s, on the NE side of OKC, on 4th street. The business closed its doors in 1963. The original owner, Mr. Percy James died in 1965. There is a local nonprofit that is trying to restore Oklahoma City’s ONLY historically Black owned theater.

But who owns the theater, today in 2024?
